Strategy

The following main objectives were established in a new EOS Holding Shareholder Agreement :

  • Represent and promote the interests of its Shareholders to Alpiq
  • Obtain as favourable conditions as possible for the supply of electrical energy
  • Make EOS Holding’s investment in Alpiq as profitable as possible to the benefit of the Shareholders
  • Develop synergies between its Shareholders through regional or common interest projects
  • Defend the interests of its Shareholders and of French-speaking Switzerland with particular reference to the generation and supply of electricity
  • Promote research into and development of new technology solutions connected with the core businesses of its Shareholders
